informaworld access

There are issues with informaworld that we are dealing with at the moment – the Library catalogue contains records that we do not have access to and there are problems with full text access to informaworld titles.     I would be interested to know whether this problem is close to a resolution. What is the provider saying about it? Thank you

      Hi CH,
      The technical difficulty problem (error message when logging into informaworld) has been resolved – if you are using Mozilla Firefox and are still receiving this message, please reset your cache (go to: TOOLS, CLEAR PRIVATE DATA) and everything should be working again. Please let me know if you are still having problems.

      As for the absent titles/incorrect catalogue problem. We’re fixing the problem slowly. This is a manual job and involves sorting through 1900 titles. We’re hoping to have it resolved by the 15th of May.
